He chose to dream big, so that I.B.M.S. Participants have now reached every nook & corner of India, serving the needy ! Before starting I.B.M.S., he was on the staff of the Dept. of Psychology at Sri. Venkateswara University, Tirupati and Osmania University, Hyderabad. Was Professor and Head of the Dept. of Counsellinig & Human Development at Vellore. Is the H.R.D. Consultant for the last 20 years to BHEL, CCI, FCI and other Public and Private Sector Corporates. He is also the Member - Board of Governors of the Foundation for Social Health, an NGO dedicated towards human empowerment, headquartered at Thrissur, Kerala. |

Ms. Jaya Padmakar
M.A. (Psy.), M.S. (Counselling), D.H.E.

She was formerly on the faculty of Christian Medical College & Hospital, Vellore, South India for a period of 12 years. For the last 30 years, teaching Psychology and related subjects to medical, para medical, nursing and other professional course students. Her interests include Family Counselling, School Counselling and working with Mentally Retarded Children. She is a regular consultant for school children in and around Vellore.
