For the last 15 years, he has been
working in the field of Psychotherapy & Counselling. He is the
Founder Director of Innervision,
Institute for Counselling & Psychotherapy, situated at Thrissur,
Kerala where he works with a team of Counselling Psychologists,
Clinical Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Social Workers and
Special educators in Learning Disability. He is the Executive Director
of the Foundation
for Social Health, an NGO dedicated towards human empowerment,
headquartered at Thrissur. He is a Fellow of the Kerala Hypnotists’
Association & conducts regular courses in Psychotherapy,
Counselling & Clinical Hypnosis, as well as training programmes in
educational institutions. He has been associated with I.B.M.S. for the
last 10 years.

having about 27 years experience in Bank Management and Behavioral
Training. A visiting faculty to various institutes in Maharashtra and
Goa; regularly conducting programmes for corporates and educational
institutions. For the last 17 years he is also actively involved in the
field of Psychological Counselling, and associating with IBMS as a
member of Advisory Board. Is a member of various professional bodies
related to Management, Psychology and Yoga. Has authored number of
books related to Communications, Self Esteem and Stress Counselling.
Is the first recipient of "Eminent Psychotherapist Award 2009 &
Vision 2020 Career Academy Award 2009" awarded by Global
Economic Council & International Integrity Peace & Friendship
Society, Bangalore.
