| A. SPOT ADMISSION
If you are residing near any of our Study Centers mentioned in this Prospectus, kindly step in for Spot Admission. Selection for Spot Admission will be made by the Programme Officer of the respective Center, subject to subsequent ratification by the Director, I.B.M.S.
For Spot Admission, you should bring the following records:

Filled- in Application Form.

Attested Xerox copies of the Educational Qualification and Age Proof.

If you are a regular student, a certificate from the Head of the department from the College in which you are studying.

Four Passport- size photographs (One photo to be pasted in the Application Form & the other three to be enclosed). Participant’s name should be written legibly at the back of each photo enclosed.

Full fees prescribed, or at least the first installment for each Course, as mentioned in the Prospectus. Payment should be made by Demand Draft only drawn in favour of “The Director, I.B.M.S.”, payable at “Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh”. Candidate's full name, Application Number with date and Name of the Programme should be clearly written on the back of the D.D.

The Application Form should only be sent to the Study Center from where you got the Prospectus.

Incomplete Application Forms or those without the requisite fees will be summarily rejected.

If you are not in contact with any of the Study Centers mentioned, you may send all the above documents to I.B.M.S. direct, either by Registered post, or by Courier.

Admission to the I.B.M.S. Courses is open to persons from all over India subject to the condition that Disputes of any kind arising shall be resolved/decided only by a Court, Forum or Tribunal located within Chittoor, A.P., and that no other Court, Forum or Tribunal will have any Jurisdiction to resolve/decide in respect of any Dispute. |

ENROLLMENT NUMBER At the time of granting of Admission, Participants will be allotted an Enrollment Number that will remain unchanged till the successful completion of the course. Participants are therefore advised to note down the Number carefully & mention it in all the Correspondence to I.B.M.S.
IDENTITY CARD
Participants will be issued with a Student Identity Card mentioning the Enrollment Number. Safe custody of the same is very important. Participants will have to produce the Original Identity Card at the time of the Exams. So in case Participants lose or misplace the Identity Card, application has to be made immediately to the Programme Officer for issue of a Duplicate Card. The application should be accompanied by a passport size photo & the requisite fees as D.D. drawn in favor of The Director, I.B.M.S. payable at Chitoor. |
